Vince Delmonte Workout is a fitness program designed specifically to help hardgainers and skinny guys out there who have major problems putting on any sort of weight, especially the lean muscle mass that all men crave. The program comes in a form of e-product containing several components that give you a full muscle building scheme to dump your nasty scrawny days away. Its no exaggeration when I say that I’m very pleased with the product so far as I’ve been steadily gaining muscle mass over the last 6 weeks or so. Hence I’ll be reviewing this product from all the pros to cons so you can decide if it is worthy of your money as well.n
Once you order the e-product online, you will get access to the members’ area as well as receive instructions for your download. Since everything is electronic and accessible through your computer, there is no shipping nor any sort of waiting involved. Pretty nice, but nothing groundbreaking. That’s until you start reading the main handbook in the package. This tome details all of Vince Delmonte’s secrets on gaining muscle mass for hardgainers and skinny guys, as well as much insightful knowledge to the common (or newbie) minds we have. It is written in a layman manner, such that even total beginners are able to understand what’s going on. Here are some of the very useful things I found inside the manual:
- Advice on common mistakes that hardgainers and skinny guys often commit during workouts due to the wrong advice from “gym experts”
- The truth about rest days and workout days; how the common notion of working out for as often as you can (like a US marine perhaps) doesn’t work and how you need the rest right periods in between
- Dietary secrets teaching you what to eat, when to eat, how to eat and most importantly, foods you should avoid
- The real workout exercises that work, and the program you should be following in order to build muscle. It is very detailed here, down to the type of exercises you should be doing, the progression of adding weights, number of sets/reps and what they mean

With the sheer amount of knowledge packed in the ebook, combined with a easy flowing language of instruction, the handbook covers comprehensively all that you need to do to gain lean muscle mass without boring yourself while reading it.
In addition to the handbook, there are some very useful freebies that the Vince Delmonte Workout includes. The supplement report is probably the best in terms of practical knowledge, since it gives you detailed information on what supplements currently on sale, actually work, versus those that are supposedly all hype. If you don’t have this, you may be wasting hundreds of dollars buying supplements that don’t work (my tub of weight gain powder is still sitting around..) so use this report well.
Aside from the report, the other two things I feel are truly worth of being bonus additions are the muscle tracking program and dietary meal plans. Although you can just prepare a simple excel sheet to chart your progress and log your muscle gains, the included software really does everything for you, giving you pre-programmed ways to plot graphs and analyzing your progress. It is not absolutely necessary, but definitely a cool and convenient tool to have. Dietary meal plans do the same here; saving your time on preparing meals and giving you set menus that you can make with little to no effort.
As with all things, with good comes the bad. One con I have of Vince Delmonte Workout is that its absolutely true to its other name “No Nonsense Muscle Building”. There are absolutely no shortcuts to gaining muscle mass with his methods, and absolutely no magical way of achieving what is promised. To see real results, you need to strictly follow his dieting and training systems. Deviating from his program and listening to “advice from the gym trainers” are a sure-fire way to waste your time. Don’t forget, most gym trainers aren’t skinny hardgainers, but people like you and I are. If you cannot commit yourself to the program for at least a few months, then this may not be the product for you.
The other slightly issue I have is that results definitely come, but only slowly and steadily. You won’t be putting on a lot of muscle at one time, but if you log your progress diligently, you will see progressive muscle gains.
In summary, I will strongly encourage all fellow hardgainers to give this a shot. Give yourself some time and you will see satisfactory results. In the unlikely scenario that it fails for you, you can just send Vince Delmonte an email and get your full money back.
